This is a series of 3 classes covering French cuisine. The series will follow our standard 3-course dinner format for each class. You can attend any individual class or the whole series. Each class will have a different menu.
Menu 1 - Seasonal Vegetable with fresh Hollandaise Sauce, Lapin a la Moutarde or Canard à l'Orange (Rabbit with Mustard Sauce or Duck with Orange Sauce), Creme Brulee
Menu 2 - Salade Nicoise (Tuna Salad), Tournedos Chasseur (Beef fillet with Mushrooms), Crepe Suzette (Crepes with Orange Sauce)
Menu 3 - Savoury Souffle, Coq au Vin (Chicken in Red Wine), Tarte Tatin (Apple Tart)
Fully hands on cooking - 3 dishes and about 2.5hrs long.
