You’ve got all the books, a subscription to Cuisine magazine and you love The Food Channel. This series follows a similar format to our other classes with three courses in each class but takes things up a couple of notches.

You will create some preserves, work on candy making, touch on pastry, cheesemaking, filleting and butchery. This course speaks for itself… it's not for Novices. It's time to step up, step out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself. You'll love it, so don't miss it.
