We'll cover some nutrition basics, what that means for a bariatric diet, and how to make the most of what you eat on your bariatric journey. This is an educational opportunity, and you'll have the chance to ask questions and get advice, but this class is not a substitute for working with a registered dietitian.
Our chef has been teaching cooking, food science, and nutrition at universities and culinary schools for more than 15 years.
