There is something immensely satisfying about making your own bread and that baking aroma sure is divine. This is a must attend workshop for everyone about to sell their house - the smell of baking bread is sure to get an offer on the table. The products we will cover are Foccacia, Brioche dough, Pizza dough, Flat Breads, Bread Sticks and Rye dough. You will ferment, mix, knead, knock back, prove and bake for about 3-4 hours. There will be bread to take home after the class.
Fully hands on cooking - about 3.5 hours. Lunch included.
