Fresh pasta is more tender than dried, with a delicate flavour. It’s easier to digest and super tasty. You will be making the pasta dough from scratch, rolling and cooking it. Then serve up with a sauce you make and a scrumptious dessert to complete the menu.

Gnocchi is the ultimate Italian comfort food. Little pillows of light springy goodness enveloped in a delicious sauce topped with tangy Parmesan. We will be making ours with potatoes, Northern Italian style.
