Pickles & Preserves Workshop
A class for those wanting to learn the basics of making your own pickles and preserves with the end of summer harvest. Fruit and vegetable based recipes will be used.
Jam, Vegetable Pickle, Chilli Sauce, Tomato Chutney, Bread & Butter Pickle, Preserved Fruit.
Please bring a carrier bag to take home your products :-) Jars are provided.
Hands on class - 5 items produced and about 2.5 hours.
