Thai cuisine varies greatly across the country from the very rigorously specific and highly elegant Royal Thai to regional specialities influenced by waves of trade from Persia, Portugal and China. Thai recipes are about balance and flavour. At Main Course, we will make a soup, a Thai salad, a curry and a dessert.
